A public meeting room is provided for the community to use for non-fee charging functions, unless the meeting has been approved by the Library staff.

Library-sponsored classes or activities shall have first priority in meeting room scheduling.  Applicants shall be given a one week notice in case of conflicts.  The meeting room is available during the hours when there is a library staff member scheduled.

The fact that a group is scheduled to meet in the Library does not constitute an endorsement by the Library of the group’s policies or beliefs.  Any misrepresentation of that may result in a loss of meeting room usage.

Lincoln County Public Libraries do not assume any responsibility for any property placed in theLibrary in connection with a meeting.  Damage to or loss of any property of the Lincoln County Public Libraries resulting from the conduct of any person attending the meeting will be paid for by the person or organization using the meeting room.
